Welcome!
You are scheduled to board the 400-ton Subsidized Merchant named the March Harrier, offering service from its present port on the world of Martda (D897877-7) in the Olmyra Subsector of the Imperium to Corteza Station, a deep-space embarkation point for several worlds in the Luris Subsector, recently opened by the Imperium to civilian exploration and economic development. Sparsely populated and only partially incorporated into the Imperial system of governance, there are opportunities for personal enrichment and the potential to make the first significant inroads in an otherwise untamed frontier province.
The March Harrier is a modified Type-R ship, and even though its papers officially list it as a standard Type-R, the following changes have been made by its crew: the type-1 drives have been replaced with type-2 drives, providing the craft with a performance of 2G maneuver and Jump-2. This has required an increase of fuel to 80 tons, which supports a single Jump-2. Cargo capacity has been reduced by 38 tons, leaving 162 tons available in the hold. The computer has likewise been improved to Model/2 to facilitate Jump-2 operations. There are two double pulse lasers installed, one port and one starboard. A 20-ton launch is mounted dorsally. There is an ATV stored in the cargo hold.
The cost of passage, accommodations, and baggage allowed, is as follows:
High passage: Cr20,000, a personal stateroom, and 1000 kg baggage.
Middle passage: Cr14,000, shared stateroom, and 100 kg baggage.
Steerage passage: Cr6,000, shared stateroom, and 20 kg baggage.
Low passage: Cr2,000, low berth, 10 kg baggage.
The trip to Corteza Station will take the standard time, approximately one week to travel two parsecs at Jump-2.
Those travelers with weapons are asked to place those weapons in secure travel cases that will be stored alongside the traveler's other baggage in the cargo hold. Travelers are reminded that the March Harrier is not only a passenger vessel but derives the bulk of its revenues from the transport of bulk cargoes, the loading and unloading of which may lead to slight delays. We appreciate your patience.
